Perfect Payday Reviews
Quick honesty note. Perfect Payday is not a lender. It’s a trading name of Tiny Ventures (ABN 52 168 226 480), Credit Representative No. 516845, a credit referral service. When you apply, we may pass your details to a panel of licensed lenders who assess your application and set any rate — we don’t decide that. So any Perfect Payday reviews are about our service (how easy we were to deal with), not about a loan product we sell.
We’d love to show you a wall of feedback right now. But we won’t show you reviews we can’t stand behind — and on a money topic, that honesty matters more than a high star count. Here’s exactly where things stand and how we plan to do reviews properly.
Perfect Payday reviews: where things stand today
Reviews coming soon. We’re setting up an independent, verified review platform so feedback comes from real people who’ve actually used our service. Until that’s live, this page won’t display a rating or testimonials — because inventing them would be the opposite of trustworthy. Check back, or get in touch if you’d like to share your experience early.
A lot of comparison and lead-gen sites in this space publish dozens of suspiciously perfect, unverifiable testimonials. We’ve chosen not to do that. An empty review section is more honest than a fake-full one, and we’d rather earn your trust than borrow it with made-up quotes.
How we’ll handle reviews honestly
When our verified platform goes live, here’s the standard we’re holding ourselves to:
- Real, verified contributors. Reviews should come from people who’ve genuinely used Perfect Payday — not staff, not paid posters, not bots.
- The good and the bad. We won’t delete honest criticism. Negative feedback is how we improve, and hiding it would mislead you.
- No incentivised five stars. We won’t pay for ratings or dangle rewards in exchange for a glowing score.
- Clear context. We’ll be upfront that you’re reviewing our referral service, since the lender — not us — assesses your application and sets any rate.
We’ll only ever moderate content that’s abusive, fraudulent, or breaches platform rules. Genuine experiences — including the disappointing ones — stay.
What you can fairly judge us on
Because we’re a referral service, the things worth reviewing are about us, not a loan’s interest rate (which a licensed lender sets, not Perfect Payday):
| What you can review | What you can’t review here |
|---|---|
| How clear and honest our information was | The rate or fees a lender offered you |
| How simple the application form felt | Whether a specific lender approved you |
| How quickly and respectfully we responded | A lender’s own service or conduct |
| Whether we pointed you to cheaper options | The terms of your final loan contract |
For an unbiased, independent view of payday lending and your rights, we always recommend ASIC Moneysmart — it’s a government resource with no stake in whether you borrow. You can read more about who we are on our about page.
Had a bad experience? Here’s the right path
We genuinely want to hear it — and we’d rather fix a problem than have you carry it.
- Tell us first. Use our contact page so we can look into what went wrong and put it right where we can.
- Free financial counselling. If money pressure is the real issue, the National Debt Helpline on 1800 007 007 offers free, confidential help — no sales pitch. More at ndh.org.au.
- Complain about a lender. If a licensed lender treated you unfairly, every lender must belong to the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA). You can lodge a complaint free of charge.
A note on review red flags. If any finance site promises “guaranteed approval”, “no credit check” or shows nothing but flawless reviews, be cautious. Licensed lenders are legally required to assess affordability, and applying never guarantees approval — no matter what a testimonial claims.
We’d rather build this page slowly with real feedback than rush it with invented praise. If you’ve used Perfect Payday, your honest review will help the next person decide — and you can apply below whenever you’re ready, knowing a licensed lender makes any decision and applying is always free.
