Contact Perfect Payday

Quick honesty note. Perfect Payday is not a lender. It’s a trading name of Tiny Ventures (ABN 52 168 226 480), Credit Representative No. 516845, a credit referral service. When you apply, we may pass your details to a panel of licensed lenders who assess your application and set any rate — we don’t make that decision.

If you’d like to contact Perfect Payday, you’ll find our phone, email and postal details below, along with how to raise a complaint. We’re happy to help with questions about how the application process works, what our panel does, and where to find cheaper alternatives — but please remember we can’t approve loans, set rates, or discuss decisions made by a licensed lender. Applying never guarantees approval, and any rate depends on the licensed lender who assesses you.

How to contact Perfect Payday

When you get in touch, it helps to have any reference number handy and a short note of what you’d like help with. The more detail you give us, the faster we can point you to the right place.

Response times

We aim to reply to email enquiries within one business day (Australian Eastern Time). We never charge a fee to ask a question, and contacting us doesn’t commit you to applying for anything.

Questions about a loan you already have

If you’ve been approved and have a loan, your contract is with the licensed lender, not with Perfect Payday. That lender handles your repayments, statements, hardship requests and account changes — so for anything about an existing loan, contact them directly. The lender’s details will be on your loan documents. If you genuinely can’t work out who your lender is, get in touch and we’ll help you track down the right contact.

For a plain-English breakdown of what any loan can legally cost, see our fees and charges guide, and to learn more about who we are and how the referral model works, read about Perfect Payday.

How to make a complaint

We want to hear if something hasn’t gone the way it should. Most issues are sorted quickly once we know about them.

  1. Tell us first. Contact us using the phone, email or postal details above and explain what went wrong and what you’d like us to do. We’ll acknowledge your complaint and aim to resolve it promptly.
  2. Escalate to AFCA if you’re not satisfied. If we can’t resolve things to your satisfaction, you can take your complaint — free and independently — to the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) on 1800 931 678. AFCA is an independent ombudsman that handles financial complaints at no cost to you.

If your complaint is about a licensed lender (for example, the rate, fees or a decision on a loan), raise it with that lender first — every licensed lender must be an AFCA member. You can then escalate to AFCA if you’re still not happy.

If you’re in financial difficulty

If money is tight right now, talking to a free financial counsellor is often more helpful than another loan.

  • National Debt Helpline — 1800 007 007. Free, confidential financial counsellors (not salespeople). More at the National Debt Helpline website.
  • ASIC Moneysmart has free guides, calculators and a list of cheaper alternatives to payday loans.

You’re welcome to contact us any time with questions — and if a cheaper option suits you better, we’ll happily point you towards it. Reaching out is free and never commits you to applying.
